A woman is accused of treason, panics in a cell, hoping for reprieve and not understanding why or what is going on. Eventually a soldier explains her crime and sentence. She is allowed one phone call, and in tears, tries to ask for help and say her goodbyes. The line is cut off before she can finish.

Later, she is forced to strip and the soldier humiliates her by rubbing a sponge over her nude body. Then she is taken out of the cell.

She is anchored to a posts, metal cuffs securing her wrists above her and feet below. There is no escape. She knows she is going to die. She is given a last cigarette, but the soldier is unable to light it for her, and time has run out.

With a rifle pointed at her, she is shot through the heart, her blood spraying out, she slumps and dies.

She is taken down from the post and laid out for display on the cold cement floor.
